Ashley Borders
International fashion consultant, art director and image stylist Ashley Borders has worked with clients from a wide range of professional organizations and genres. Her work is in improving the individual's or corporation's overall look and brand strategy whilst working collaboratively with their internal teams and long term brand goals. Thusly, this works by instilling a sense of confidence, pride, and focused approach in both the appearance and work portrayed in media, print and corporate daily structure.
Ashley has over 20 years experience in the fashion and art industry. Starting at the age of sixteen, she launched her first clothing line, House of Borders, which was featured in University of Saint Andrews, Scotland’s DONT WALK Charity Fashion Show ( wherein HRH Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton was one of Ashley's models) as well as Miss America Pageants and Pageantry magazine, among other print publications. Borders attended Wofford College on full academic scholarship for Intercultural Studies of Business and is a self-taught designer, seamstress and stylist. She credits her knowledge of the industry to an early obsession with all things fashion, art and design that first manifested in her childhood travels across the globe with her family and creating clothes for her Barbie dolls and willing friends. After graduating Wofford in 2004 and already having an internationally recognized fashion label under her belt, she started her first job in fashion in Hamburg, Germany. Working with companies such as Jil Sander, Ashley Borders worked in the high fashion market styling shows, visual merchandising, and working campaigns and market shows all whilst traveling between many of Europe’s fashion capitals.

As a film and television art director and wardrobe stylist, Ashley lead the design department on several award winning films and documentaries, including City of Life, The Neighbor, and a documentary for Dubai’s first public awareness campaign for women’s shelters and sexual abuse - City of Hope. She also lead the design departments (art direction and wardrobe styling) on many international marketing campaigns for companies such as Pepsi, Mercedes, Credit Suisse, Pizza Hut, General Motors, Nestle, Dubai Properties, Jumeirah Group and others. During her time in the Middle East, Ashley also launched another fashion label, Bedouin, which she designed, sourced and manufactured herself and sold throughout boutiques in the ME and USA. Ashley also art directed and styled several print campaigns for companies such as Kerastase, Priorin , Nestle, Chanel, and others.
Ashley's career in the film industry led her back to the United States - first to Los Angeles where she worked on films such as Yellow and The Dark Knight Rises. While in L.A., Ashley expanded her services to celebrity styling, personal shopping, and interior design. She later relocated to her hometown market of Savannah, Georgia.
